Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here!

It has been so fulfilling and such an honor to work with people over the last 10 years and support them on their journey of healing, recovery and unfolding into living their lives from a new place of understanding, peace and agency.

My style of therapy is to engage collaboratively with you, and your unique background of life experiences, using multiple therapeutic approaches to meet you where you are and foster the growth you desire. Depending on your needs in the moment I will pull from CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Mindfulness, trauma treatment, recovery from abuse, survivor work, DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), dream therapy, expressive arts, guided meditation, Jungian, gestalt, and other modalities, to guide you to insight and understanding as well as to creating a path forward to living in the world with more presence. Combining compassion and directness, I weave psychoeducation into our work, believing it’s helpful to understand what is happening in our mind and body as we cope with life’s stressors, and how therapy helps us heal.

I have experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, abuse, relationship, family, (co) parenting, divorce, health, financial, career and life transition issues.

I’ve received trainings in trauma treatment, DBT, mindfulness, dream therapy and CBT. I’ve completed an expressive arts therapy emphasis and enjoy using sand tray, and art to explore additional modes of exploration and expression in therapy.

As a parent and former teacher, I have extensive experience with kids, especially teens, and can offer parents insights into relationships with their children.

I’m here to support you in gaining the insights, healing and skills needed to live your life from a more grounded, present, thoughtful and fulfilling place.
